For patients who are unable to reach my clinic but are located within Australia, I can offer virtual phone consultations

This package is $240 and includes-

a basic model trichoscope (magnification camera) that is posted to you prior to appointment (you keep this)

instructions on how to take appropriate photos and trichoscopic images to email to me prior to appointment

a 30minute virtual phone consultation

a treatment plan and additional information emailed to you

If possible, an in-person appointment is highly recommend, as the virtual photos do not fully replicate the insight gained from a direct scalp examination

In some cases, treatment may be broader in nature, where an exact diagnosis cannot be virtually achieved
